Setup

1. In Rad AI Reporting, go to Admin > System Config > Integrations.

2. Click the + icon to add a new integration.

3. Enter the Output Path and Input Path for the file exchange.

   info

   The Output Path refers to the folder in which the external system should place files when sending events to Rad AI Reporting.

   The Input Path refers to the folder in which Rad AI Reporting should place files when internal events occur. This is the folder the external system should monitor to receive event updates from Rad AI Reporting.

   warning

   Input and output paths must be different. If multiple integrations are configured, each integration's input and output paths must also be distinct.

4. Click Save.

   Rad AI Reporting supports multiple integrations running in parallel. It will read files from all configured input paths and, when an internal event is triggered, generate files to be placed in each of the defined output paths.

   Take care to avoid overlapping path configurations, as this can lead to file conflicts or unintended behavior.
