SMART on FHIR

Rad AI Reporting supports SMART App Launch, built on OAuth 2.0 and OpenID Connect.

EHR Launch

A user launches Rad AI Reporting from a link inside their EHR, PACS, Worklist, or other external application without the need to separately sign into Rad AI Reporting.

The EHR's Authorization Server authenticates the user and hands off a verified identity to Rad AI Reporting through the SMART App Launch flow.

FHIRcast Context

When Rad AI Reporting is opened via a SMART App Launch, its FHIRcast hub.topic is set automatically from the launch context.
