XML and JSON
Overview​
Rad AI Reporting supports XML and JSON file integrations. These integrations are designed to synchronize data between Rad AI Reporting and external systems by exchanging files that represent specific events.
When an external system sends an event to Rad AI Reporting, it places a file in a predefined folder that's monitored by Rad AI Reporting. Similarly, when an event occurs in Rad AI Reporting, it generates a file in another designated folder, which should be monitored by the integrated system to receive updates.
Rad AI Reporting supports a wide range of event types for integration purposes. However, not all events are available across all integrations—availability depends on the specific requirements and configuration of each integration.
These file-based integrations are only compatible with the Rad AI Reporting desktop application and are not compatible with the web version.
